1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of merchantx.shop and purchases made through our store. “MerchantX,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator. Please read these terms before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform; purchases from this store are transactions with MerchantX.

2. Using our store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. Provide accurate and current contact, billing, and shipping information. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
You may not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, infringe another person's rights, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the store's operation. We may restrict access in response to misuse, without affecting any outstanding obligations to you or your legal rights.

3. Products and availability
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and availability information. Colors may appear differently on different screens. Products are subject to availability, and we may update or discontinue listings. Such changes do not reduce your rights concerning an existing order. Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product.

4. Prices and payment
The currency and applicable charges for your purchase are displayed at checkout. Review the order total, including shipping and applicable taxes, before submitting payment. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not authorize additional charges to an existing order without your agreement.
If we discover a material pricing, description, or availability error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment collected for the canceled items and any associated charges that are refundable under applicable law.

5. Orders and cancellations
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may be unable to fulfill an order because of unavailable inventory, payment problems, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions. If this happens, we will notify you and refund payments for any canceled portion.
To request a change or cancellation, email merchantxglobal@gmail.com promptly with your order number. We will try to accommodate your request, but an order may already be in processing or shipment. This does not limit any statutory cancellation rights or rights under our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and delivery
Available shipping options, costs, and any delivery estimates are provided during checkout. Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates. If your shipment is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms transfers delivery risk to you earlier than applicable law allows or removes your rights relating to late or failed delivery.

7. Returns and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy applies to returns and refunds and is available at https://merchantx.shop/policies/refund-policy. It includes a 30-day window to request returns of unused items with original tags and packaging for change-of-mind returns. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we cover required return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We charge no restocking fee. Please read the full policy for instructions, refund timing, and other details. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any conflicting policy term.

9. Store content and third-party links
Store content, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to MerchantX or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and other uses allowed by law. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
Links to third-party websites may be provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content or services on independently operated third-party websites, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Service availability and legal rights
We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but technical interruptions and errors may occur. We may make reasonable changes to the website or suspend it for maintenance. This does not remove our obligations for purchases already made.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory warranties, consumer guarantees, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or other conduct for which applicable law prohibits a limitation. You retain all non-waivable rights and remedies available under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new update date. Changes apply prospectively. The terms in effect when you place an order govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
